After having some initial success selling some of my images and getting a lot of very positive feedback a friend of mine suggested that I try and sell prints of the images.
I did some some looking around and found a site called Imagekind that allows you to upload your images and sell them as different sized prints from as small as greeting cards all the way up through large wall sized prints depending on the size of the image you upload. There are alot of customization options for price setting and they also provide different buttons and banners to link to your art work. (See below…)
These are just a few of the options available, unfortunately my free wordpress blog doesn’t support the other “flash” type scrolling banners, but if you have your own website they would make a nice addition.
I signed up for a free account last night and have already managed to pick up a few fans. There seems to be a nice community with a wide variety of different artists and would easily recommend them to anyone looking to get their feet wet selling their prints.
Many thanks to those who’ve stopped by and taken a look at the photos posted here. I hope you get the chance to swing buy again. If you like any of the photos you see on this site please feel free to visit my albums over at Shutterpoint and comments are welcome here on the blog.
Thanks for stopping by.
